The emphasis behind the company is to provide a proactive service that tackles the inherent failings found within large security companies. Service agreements are personalized to cater for the requirement of the system and customer. These service agreements can be standard or comprehensive that includes costly consumables, call out fees and repairs to allow for fixed budgeting.
